I went to train at Ft. Knox in 1976. The idea that I had at 19 was free ticket to law school at UCB.
After 8 weeks I said not a chance. No officer no law school.
RELICS and MEDDLE came out in 1971. I got out of the Army in 1971. There has never been a better year than 1971 and I wish I could return and stay there.
I liked Thadeus' post on Plato.
We thought that we could discover the Good and Reality for ourselves. Not have the government impose a twisted version of it.
Thadeus' post included an extract from C.J.Hopkins, that these people are not actually stupid, they have changed their *reality*.
It's not going to be easy to get them to revisit their sense of reality.
