DOD is acting illegally though. Impersonating a legal authority. So lawsuit has to step by step disclose, uncover, reveal, display to the Court and then demonstrate why the actions are not Constitutional.

When I worked in CA state agency, one thing that was drilled into us was that unauthorized persons cannot obligate the State via verbal agreements or written contracts. There must be federal language like that. Fraud, as shown by Pfizer et al, would negate any immunity, therefore making its profits vulnerable. Maybe that’s the reason for the bankruptcy after astronomical profits?

There is dual use and deceptive language. Bailiwick has gone in depth on how this worked. Very interesting.

Pharma BK is interesting. The entire profit plunder organization is interesting.

Mil-grade operations against the people have been going on at least since 1947, but that's the only part of public knowledge.

In legalese, "War on ..." authorizes the government to use military deployments, anyway.

The plandemic era simply concentrated such powers and used them multilaterally on its victims, the citizenry:

I agree longer than 1947. Post-Civil War medicine could be a fruitful start point in the literature. Reasonably speaking medical experimentation arose in context of more advanced industrialism. Engineering the body is the Fountain of Youth. So in the course of things who can really speak to the rights of orphans.

As a British subject, I have no idea how our laws were changed to enable this bioweapon attack on us and what can be done, and if anyone knows anything to say.

I suspect this would be a question for Vernon Coleman.

It makes sense that DoD is the defendant, and that pharma are co-conspirators and accessories.
