Human cognition relies on two-dimensional models for processes that happen in the world and inside humans in multidimensional systems in real time.

All forms of systematic thinking requires fundamental tenets even for the miserably simplistic closed systems the human mind can process, but the tenets can hardly ever be verified (empirical verification is unreliable and only a few problems are exclusively logical). As a result, even the hardest "science" is only a belief system.

I studied the origin of Athens as it shifted from rural Attica to strong polis. First step bringing in the Sky God cult to the Acropolis. Second centralizing all worship in the Polis. In South America urbanization arose with food control in the city.
