He figured this out a long time ago:

“Nowadays the magician busies himself with public relations, propaganda, market research, sociological surveys, publicity, information, counterinformation and misinformation, censorship, espionage, and even cryptography—a science which in the sixteenth century was a branch of magic.... Historians have been wrong in concluding that magic disappeared with the advent of ‘quantitative science.’ The latter simply substituted itself for a part of magic while extending its dreams and its goals by means of technology.”

Developed and released by the Rockefeller Foundation in May 2010, “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development”—gives several “scenarios” for the future of Technology and International Development. However, one of the scenarios is labeled “Lock Step” and has a markedly obvious connection to the virus pandemic of Covid-19.

The report: four scenarios of political and economic alignments from the strongest to the weakest and adaptive capacity from the lowest to the highest, as the drawing shows. The first: Lock Step, as we stated at the very represents “a world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership with limited innovation and citizen pushback.”

The next: “Clever Together. This is a world highly coordinated and successful strategies emerge for addressing both urgent and entrenched worldwide issues.”

The third is called, “Hack Attack. As economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous innovations emerge.”

Finally, “Smart Scramble. This is an economically depressed world in which individuals and communities develop localized, makeshift solutions to a growing set of problems.”

The period of time for these narratives to unfold covers a period beginning in 2010 and moves to 2015, then coincidently, it moves to 2020.  Then it moves to 2025 and finally to 2030. But what does it all mean? That can be best deciphered by examining what is known as “Event 201,” which is the pandemic simulation staged by Johns Hopkins University in conjunction with the World Economic Forum, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Johnson & Johnson, and others in October 2019. These presentations, as do the Lock Step Scenarios, are connected as they all relate to pandemics.

With their going direct plan in place, the stage was set for the pseudopandemic. SARS-CoV-2 provided the perfect opportunity and the core conspirators behind the pseudopandemic had trained extensively in readiness for the operation. Populations then barraged by a mainstream media propaganda campaign and military’s information warfare units were deployed to control our “choice environment.”

Scientific and medical doubts were censored as the suspension of normal democratic processes was exploited to introduce the biosecurity state. Laws were passed to allow government to commit any crime it wished in pursuit of stakeholder capitalist sustainable development goals. Laws to end the right of protest and censor free speech are moving unopposed through the legislature as national governments, who are no more than stakeholder partners within the new normal technocracy, prepare us for the coming Technate.

For the core conspirators of the pseudopandemic this is the realisation of their long held dream of global governance. They are steeped in the mythology of eugenics and population control. Once they have total control of the global commons they will no longer need us as consumers and are intent upon significant population reduction.

We are under global neofeudalism. Efforts to impose an ethical code upon the justices akin to the lower courts have floundered over the years, much of this due to the Supreme Court.  At best, reliance has been placed upon the less than satisfactory statute requirement that justices, including those on the Supreme Court bench, recuse themselves in any case “in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned”.

Chief Justice John Roberts was even threatening in his 2011 report, implying that any Congressional effort to constrain the bench by the imposition of such a code would violate the Constitution.  In a rather novel interpretation, the fact that the lower courts were bound by the Code of Conduct “reflects a fundamental difference between the Supreme Court and the other federal courts.”

And Congress and other Federal institutions are even more corrupt than the Court.

“No Mas!” must become a rallying cry.

To this end, we need a nullification movement. When state officials, from governor to assemblymen and senators, run for office, the first and last question must be: Will you vow to nullify all unjust federal dictates? If they hem and haw at all, they must be immediately disqualified.

In addition, nullification-disposed states should make a compact with one another so that we can enjoy the strength numbers bring.

In reality, nullification (which I’ve been advocating for years) should have been pursued long ago; the federal government has, after all, been trampling states’ powers for at least the better part of a century, and an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. But that being water under the bridge, we now require a ton of cure.

The cure of nullification is the obvious next step for anyone serious about combating the burgeoning leftist tyranny. We’ve no other recourse. “As Jefferson warned, if the federal government is allowed to hold a monopoly on determining the extent of its own powers, we have no right to be surprised when it keeps discovering new ones,” wrote author Thomas E. Woods, Jr.

Under this scenario, the federal government “will continue to grow – regardless of elections, the separation of powers, and other much-touted limits on government power,” he continued.
