The Noahide Laws have long-already been getting implemented in effect well before 1991 anyway via arranged wars, vaccines, by the banning of cancer treatments in the 1930's under the crypto-Jewish Roosevelt administration by the highly malevolent Jewish AMA head Morris Fishbein, by the sterilizing and cancer-inducing and mentally-retarding affects of fluoride, by poison synthetic mRNA GM weaponized fake food crops, by artificially-created illnesses such as by the genetic engineering of the many thousand year-old Lyme Disease to make it vastly more injurious and disabling and even lethal, and by the use of cancer-causing chlorine in public water (instead of the cheaper and vastly more effective and harmless ozone that many cities in Europe once used instead in the early 1900's that does not cause arteries to fur up with heavily-rancidized fats as chlorine does or cause cancer as chlorine does and even kills all parasitic nematode eggs which chlorine cannot), and by aluminium sulphate to cause neurological damage, these are things they have already been doing for many years with or without Noahide Laws, the Noahide Laws are just a little ritual cherry on top of the icing for the Jews, maybe being even intended to make it look like whatever has been occurring already has thus had nothing to do with Jewish malintent, the Jews are very clever in the use of multi-level deception like that.
Though at the very least, what has been done so far already to harm American and other Gentiles in many other nations to enfeeble them mentally and physically is surely intended to make it easier for the Jews to very rapidly fully accomplish the finalizing stage of their intended military operation of seizing this entire planet for themselves alone to live on by totally exterminating all others on the entire planet.
