I'd rather not have to shoot my way out either, but counting on some anti-trust lawsuit in these courts where everything is rigged, rigged, rigged just seems like a spectacular waste of resources and effort. And of course, "kicking the can," why wouldn't anyone else want to delay any decision or any other thing since we can get "better data" just a couple of short months from now.
I'm telling you, the sooner we have actual capability with such capability deployed, the sooner these Communists are likely to haul ass sooner or later, with as many zeros as they can pile onto the ledger.
