The US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland told an audience in Kiev on Thursday that Washington has been helping plan the Ukrainian ‘counteroffensive’ against Russia for almost half a year.

“Even as you plan for the counteroffensive, which we have been working on with you for some 4-5 months, we are already beginning our discussions with [the] Ukrainian government and with friends in Kiev – both on the civilian side and on the military side – about Ukraine’s long-term future,” Nuland told the Kiev Security Forum via video-link from the State Department.

She added that the attack will be “likely starting and moving concurrently” with events such as the NATO summit in Lithuania, scheduled for July 11.

My suspicion is the game is WEF run to include Vlad. Which in turn revisits http://reclaimingrhodesia.com/the-perestoika-deception-in-2022-as-predicted-by-kgb-defector-anatoliy-golitsyn/

Intended consequences.

That's the thing, when everything goes their way why do I think that they are smart.

It can also be a outcome that is controlled less than wanted. 40% not 99%.

Wish that I had noticed the hammer and sickle on Aeroflot logo before now.

I have flown out of Moscow but not on Aeroflot, and there was a snowstorm which is what one needs in Moscow for the right atmosphere.

IMO Moscow absolutely reminded me of New York Manhattan. People minding their own business in order to survive, and look out for your self.

Absolutely not backwards as the propaganda had portrayed it, however my son and I only went (as independent travelers) by train from Finland to St Petersburg and after a few days, train to Moscow.

No paranoia and shoes and belt off like arriving in Los Angeles.

Did seem that the US had us indoctrinated.

Have you seen all the high glitz towers in Moscow CBD. They can give Shanghai a run for their money.

Actually had more friendly and desirous of helping me, conversations with Muscovites than with locals in my two trips to Manhattan.

Russian trip about five years ago.

New York most recent about twelve years ago.

Good neighbours, always a tricky relationship, what with border skirmishes over shading, dumping or noise pollution.

Once had a neighbour keep dumping her dog's poop over the fence into our garden.

I asked her why she was doing that and she said that it was convenient.
