thanks for the info... up to now my limited research conclusions are centered on the rule of british central banks in america which was in power at various times not continous ... when america controlled the issuence of monies then america owed interest to themselves., not to the british central bank , untill the british central bank took over on jeckyl island , up to the present , and also globally except i think north korea and maybe iran ,,, cheers
