Without looking at the birth stats around the Western world, to give heft rather than hunch to my answer, yes I think it has failed.

I see birth issues. I see life issues. Millions affected. And in the world view of a Gates yes, a failure. Too many ill, not enough rapid dead, all predicated on fast collapse to prevent exposure. Collapse is present, being hastened, maybe Winter brings it about, but maybe no, maybe people tough out hunger and winter as in the past, making stone soup

Have you heard about Nigel Farage et al being denied bank accounts.

You bet. Tightening the noose. On the other hand, honestly, he can find a solution just as easily no doubt as others who have either friends or money. And in doing so make a political statement.

I think we have to wait and see whether offspring born to jabbed parents are able to procreate. We know they used the pretext of tetanus jabs in Africa on females which contained a substance to induce abortion.

Maybe. How successful was that tetanus jab? (I've heard that about that jab before too).

I think it was quite successful, involving over a million females in Kenya. It didn't prevent pregnancy but made the women produce a hormone, or not produce it, can't recall exact details, resulting in womb/placenta unable to sustain life. I watched a video about it, seen so many now, and women would get pregnant several times with same outcome, varying from a few weeks gestation to a few months. I think it may have been The Last American Vagabond who did an article about it. Also happened elsewhere. Of course crippling people with Polio jabs in India and elsewhere reduces the opportunity considerably to go have normal life as adult too.

Cold day in hell when they see it and this is the total absurdity. Stockholm Syndrome on steroids. Trusting government and not smashing the totalitarian vaccine state.
