This sounds somewhat like those insane images coming out of China of white suits hoeing up the vegetables from gardens.

Personally I think those gardens looked like they needed some manure.

Basic control. Hungry vaccinated people are not much of a threat. Green agenda is depopulation. WEF all in on Green Agenda.

It's not a Green agenda. All those supporting this are fascists (as in supporting a Corporate oligarchy). They also support other insane ideas such as EVs, burning wood for fuel, extracting fuels from mammals (in that they will used the by products of the meat industry) and human population reduction.

Greenwash agenda. Like British Petroleum redecorating everything in Green after raping the Amazon. Propaganda to mask the greed and indifference of the Oligarch's towards lesser mortals. However this goes back to the Conservation movement. How dare man try to thrive. Man must be an angel. Man must not aim for prosperity: given actually existing human nature, given how industrialism arose, given how Capital is allocated, men must toil and if the industry that "pollutes" is shut due to Environmental activism no work. One might argue for instance that atomic energy is far less harmful and efficient than the bulk of "Green" options but atomic energy is not "Green."

Atomic/Nuclear has its problems. Being resident in the Shakey Isles (the north western part of that is your US State) I'm pretty much opposed to it here as a few earthquakes might empty out the country. And Three Mile Island, Chernobyl, Sellafield, Fukishima all point to its potential for such damage. Also the waste should not be dumped at the bottom of the Pacific no matter how much concrete you claim encloses it.

I'm not 100% opposed to it though. And I realize that France relies on it. And of course Wind & Solar both have their issues mainly I think in the manufacturing processes and the longevity issue (Planet of the Humans covered this well even if Moore has proved to be a pillock since).

And BP reports are always worth a look. Current renewables are declining as a % of total power produced.

The stupidity and greed and dumb engineering are resolvable. Thorium reactors are an option. https://www.france24.com/en/asia-pacific/20210912-why-china-is-developing-a-game-changing-thorium-fuelled-nuclear-reactor
