Those that participate in that "conversation" in Nepal must have very diverse opinions and be very persistent in the way they "converse" since it costs 19 million dollars to keep the "conversation" going.
Bureaucracy is but a middleman, not an explanation in itself since its only raison d´etre is abstraction. It simply seeks to veil concrete reality.
Whitewash is the sister of corruption.
At least the abstraction is now out in the concrete world for all to see.
This system is international. And so is the shamelessness, the obvious theft.
I heard about people who managed to no longer pay "their taxes." There IS a way out. If anybody has any real and useful info on the subject I would be thrilled to know more.
I have experience of paying no tax for off and on 50 years. The key is to be extremely happy outside the typical day dream. I have had to pay tax when I made over $!50K twice for about 13 months-as my normal pay is about 15K a year. And even so despite imposition of penalties and interest having nothing to seize the system is hoist on it’s own petard. No levy of insignificant wages. No property-even a car-to attain.
IRS has no limit to the # or type of small business you lose money owning.
My other strategy is enough money. I am 68 and collect 15K in wages and 1K a month in Social Security. In San Francisco with 1K rent. I do not see a strategy for participants in the debt system.

May I ask, what concrete steps did you take? Or: any reference to a webpage or?
I want out of it completely.
And I know tons of other people who do too.
