Biden should simply put a printer in Kiev (maybe next to the Server that President Trump said the DNC had) and let the Nazi's waste their OWN worthless paper.

Paper, along with everything else, is becoming a rare treasure. My wife has had two magazine subscriptions canceled this summer because the publishers reported a paper shortage.

I heard those Middle Eastern and African Weapons Bazaars want to know where their "deliveries" are. Warlords and Lords of War are lined up with their blood diamonds, drug packages, sex slaves, and child labor.
