Last July I took a selfie in front of Irasmus’ portrait within the National Gallery in London. Having made three attempts to tackle “In Praise of Folly” several years back, I recognized from that and some biographical accounts, the guy was brilliant. It was just this month, I read of his firm writing in promotion of peace. Good stuff!
