Courts only have authority when they serve a legitimate government. After the Atrocities, what government can really call itself legitimate?

H.L.A. Hart, a legal scholar, said law is a command backed by force. Trust by the population in commands ratifies legitimacy of the force. Until we withdraw our trust we do not know how legitimate force will be if applied. We see how force is used by the law in present protest situations. Not lawfully applied.

The site is that way. It is a big pain. The argument was novel. The U.S. went Bankrupt in 2012. The Constitution is null. The authority of a Federal Court extending to force. No law anchors after the 2012 BK.
