I see masked people all the time but I think it’s because they stand out. It’s terrifying to think about how much fear is held in people.

Yes it is fearful to think of how much terror is in people these days.

So very difficult; easy to ridicule them en masse.

But they are victims of course.

Maybe in the end, I do have sympathy for them if they are not preaching at me.

What a performance show we are in.

I was recently asked if I would ever believe anything from the govt? My response was "when the word democide does not appear as a spellcheck item in word, maybe then."

Nevertheless, the problem with the right in general—which frequently holds many libertarian and free-market ideas either in Argentina or abroad—is the fact that their main desire is the replacement of any left-progressive elite in charge of the State by another elite that better represents the interests of the right. This is often clearly seen with the culture wars. We might ask, at what point will all these people finally realize that these obnoxious culture wars will find no ending without ending the State. At any rate, they will always remain a huge problem, unless we manage to get the State out of the picture as much as possible—for instance, getting the State completely out of education.

Unfortunately, much of the current rightists are not truly interested in protection from State power, but rather in putting a maximum of power in the hands of their leaders—for them, it is more about controlling the power than it is about its reduction…

Funny, but not many, other than the perps, get the joke.

Yes, definitely seeing more nose cones.

All ages, primary school children, young adult, middle aged and decrepits.

Observed up town today.

They need a dose of ridicule, but that would be unkind.

Par example I was chatting with a nose cone wearer on the bus.

IMO it would be rude to ask her about the nosecone.

A substacker the other day suggested asking such individuals if they were sick.

I took the easy way out and hopefully set an example. She possibly thought that she was setting an example too.

Everything is LOL these days.
