Not yet, though Yandex is the Russia engine and now and then I use it.
duckduckgo was set up by billionaires, used yahoo results (wiki says bing, what's the difference) was set up on yahoo servers and had disingeneous advertising. It's a POS.
Still censors less than google. Imperfect. No search can be open index.
I'm unconvinced of that. I avoid DDG. Rely on several search engines, Google, Yandex, Qwant, Startpage and recently Brave. Sometimes Baidu as well.
