I am reminded of a description I read, of a young man going out to listen to the sound the pianos made as the factory was burning, (Germany? France? England? WWI or II?)....the last sounds of exquisite pianos.....the fantastic contortions of so much love incinerated.

Shd be able to make a short art piece animated on Imac. Piano players in ruined cities around the world. Like Calvino. Invisible Cities. Except the narrator is not Marco Polo but Al Khidir speaking to Allah of the performances against the back drop of war.

He is described in Surah Al-Kahf, as a righteous servant of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God_in_Islam possessing great wisdom or mystic knowledge. In various Islamic and non-Islamic traditions, Khidr is described as an prophet, who guards the sea, teaches secret knowledge and aids those in distress. The figure of al-Khidr has been blended over time with various other figures including https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haoma#As_a_divinity_(D%C5%ABrao%C5%A1a)https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-8 and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sraosha in Iran,https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-9https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-%E1%B8%B4E%C5%BBR_%E2%80%93_Encyclopaedia_Iranica-10https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-11 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sargis_the_Generalhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-12https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-13 and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_George in Asia Minor and the Levant,https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-14 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samael (the divine prosecutor) in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judaism, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elijah among the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Druze, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_the_Baptist in Armenia, and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jhulelal_(Sufism)https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-Kumar2014-15 in Sindh and Punjab in South Asia.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-16https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-17https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-18https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-19https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-20https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr#cite_note-21 He is commemorated on the holiday of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H%C4%B1d%C4%B1rellez.

I have been watching these. https://www.youtube.com/@eugeniomonesma-documentales

One shows sheep herders building essentially a teepee and covering it with boughts of broom plant...people are people and we have travelled far and wide just to get here......Eugenio Monesma, now in his 70's at least, did many of his documentaries in the 1980s in and around his region of Spain. There are hundreds, on all aspects of more simple and land based living, always interviewing elders on skills in danger of being lost.

The forgotten and lost increase. Novelty remains. Our thoughts change direction. Our feeling as well. We too are not the same moment by moment save as these fields of energy informing our individual personal existence.

Novelty leaves as soon as its cell phone wont get service....I have been shutting the breaker at night, (apologies if you've heard this one before from me). The only nights where I do that do I actually feel rested. The new style streetlights do lurk but 60 feet away, all up and down the street. Certain windows I have papered in opaque black. I say 'no' frequently, inaudibly sometimes. Perhaps they laugh.

Electronic interference is much more common than agreed upon. My body is evidently not sensitive enough for me to notice. 5G is on a light pole one building away downstairs. I am certain living in the heart of downtown has exposed me to much cellular radiation
