Take some comfort in knowing that the august powers of the investing elite are commonly wrong. Lithium is one of those mistakes. There is now far too much lithium available, prices have crashed and many mines are winking out of existence. And soon there will be new, better battery technology which uses less or no lithium. Government investment decisions are reliably stupid but the subsidies are real and most rewarding for the promoters of even for the most unprofitable enterprises.
