This could enable micro-payments and micro-fines based on behaviour. At the WEF, Spanish PM Pedro Sanchez calls "TO END ANONYMITY ON SOCIAL MEDIA" and that the EU should "FORCE THESE PLATFORMS TO LINK EVERY USER ACCOUNT TO A EUROPEAN DIGITAL IDENTITY WALLET" #wef25 This is making the rounds on Spanish-speaking media.

All governments in the world are in the world order. Adding 'new' just makes it look as if they have not achieved this world order yet, which would be very foolish to think. Their order is very, very old.
The 'new' in new world order is the fact that we are heading into a new world, one with a lot less 'undesirables' and a lot more digital control.
Spain had one of the strictest lockdowns during the PlanD. People were wearing masks even outdoors - when they were allowed out, that is.
