Project 2025 advocates adding Saudi Arabia to the list, as the Biden administration was trying to do before Oct. 7.
The word “Gaza” does not appear in the document. Hamas and Hezbollah are each mentioned once, in the context of the Iranian threat, as the regime’s proxies. The plan says the Palestinian Authority should be “defunded.”

COGAT is the Israeli agency now refusing entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza, sparking a humanitarian crisis of unspeakable proportions.
