Late Capitalism is a collaboration of tightly knit  oligarchies.  Not  only the  WEF but it's predecessors and analogs, the Mont Pelerin Society now boasts a invitation only membership of over 500 from over 40 nations. It meets on an annual basis and its members hold powerful and influential positions in academia and as advisers to governments throughout the world.  The Pilgrim Society, the CFR, the Trilateralists, Bilderberg, all  exist to deepen globalist oligarchical networking.   Late Capitalism comprises an elite ecology globally of the talented person spanning generations. Viewpoints and ideas are shared through many institutions. War, global leaders use but are aware from all the studies and think tanks that to survive a real fighting war in an already war torn world with billions people wanting a degree of human dignity friendly profit taking has to be slightly repurposed.  Nation states are too dangerous.  Atomic weapons too powerfully destructive in the age of drone weapon platforms.   And populations not needed in trade networks too unruly. In their discussions since the 1960's and the slow  winding down of the Cold War globalist oligarchs have decided for many years a virus scare might be a catalyst.

The Technocracy being created by the new “Founding Fathers” is a totalitarian Hybrid barbarism arising on the ruins of the former Christian West and the totalitarian  “Chinese” miracle because of the decision made by the people who do not whisper together but write books and are called thought leaders and who give speeches and are feted by all, who also are ever more dehumanized and pathological and remote from human feeling and driven by abstractions.  Creating from their pathological thought a cult of Big Medicine that all are ordered to agree to, a cult which in it’s Titanic power and in it’s own greed REQUIRES a myriad human subjects for Big Pharma to experiment  with in the masquerade of serving mankind.
