September 11, 2023 does not live in infamy but in the curious world of make believe. Quite like everything it seems in the public eye. Not excluding Homo Sapiens Pseudo Sapiens and the insane truth claims it preposterously asserts as just another featherless biped of whatever gender floats the boat of the moment. Marinated, basted, cooked in lies is it any wonder we are driven mad moment by moment by this Not Reality that annihilates truth and everything else?

Berdyaev's fundamental insight is that, if freedom is real and if its essence lies in the absence of external determination, it cannot be derivative from any more fundamental kind of reality, as any such derivation would be a form of determination. It cannot be subordinate even to being qua being, for the concept of being includes the possession of objective, determinate character, whereas the idea of freedom excludes all determination. Thus if there is any genuine freedom in the world at all, freedom must be metaphysically ultimate; and if freedom is metaphysically ultimate, it must not be taken to be a mode of being; it is not ov, but µn ov. Using a term borrowed from Jakob Bohme, he refers to this 'meontic' freedom as the Ungrund (Berdyaev, 1957a, pp. 105-111). The Ungrund, the non-being prior to being from which being arises, is the Absolute.

 H. L. Mencken says the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary. Socrates-in the Meno, 77b-78b: Those that desire bad things do not know that they are truly bad; otherwise, they would not desire them. They do not naturally desire what is bad but rather desire those things that they believe to be good but that are in fact bad. They desire good things even though they lack knowledge of what is actually good.

So people watch TV debate between two nothings. Will vote for one of two nothings. Only 22 years after the dry run for Covid. Anything the police state undertakes was a dry run for Covid. By Covid I mean totalitarian virus- the mind virus.

The problem at this point is how long a lie of this kind can last. It is probable that sooner or later you will simply drop it, to immediately replace it with a new lie, and so on – but not indefinitely, because the reality that you no longer wanted to see will eventually show up and demand its reasons. even if at the price of considerable catastrophes and misfortunes, which will be difficult if not impossible to avoid.

There are different kinds of lies. The most common form is that of someone who, while knowing or believing he knows how things are, for some reason knowingly says the opposite or in any case denies even only partially what he knows to be true. This is what happens in false testimony, which for this reason is punished as a crime, but even more innocently every time we have to justify ourselves for a behavior that we are reproached for.

The lie we have been dealing with for almost three years does not have this form. Rather, it is the lie of someone who has lost the distinction between words and things, between news and facts and therefore can no longer know if he is lying, because for him every possible criterion of truth has failed. What the media say is not true because it corresponds to reality, but because their discourse has replaced reality. The correspondence between language and the world, on which truth was once based, is simply no longer possible, because the two have become one, language is the world, news is reality. This alone can explain why a lie does not need to make itself plausible and does not in any way hide what appears to be evident falsehood to those who still adhere to the ancient regime of truth. So during the pandemic the media and official bodies never denied that the mortality data they reported referred to those who died testing positive, regardless of the actual cause of death. Despite this, although they are evidently false, they have been accepted as true. Similarly, today no one denies that Russia has conquered and annexed twenty percent of the territory of Ukraine, without which the Ukrainian economy is unable to survive; and yet the news keeps talking about the victory of Zelensky and the now inevitable defeat of Putin (in the news, the war is between two people and not between two armies). regardless of the actual cause of death.
