Now I cannot but muse on the PLA Hospitals and transplants and organs in the U.S. medical system on grey and black markets. The human biological integrity is now spare parts.

And for now biotech is possible. How far can this augmentation of Adam go we do not know. Civilization is collapsing. High technology civilization is fragile. Biotech especially is fragile.
