Are the citizens of these United States under one supercedeing legal Emergency or only 10 little ones? Enquiring minds ask to know whom they should thank instead of blame.
The lie plays a tremendous role in human life. The world is swallowed up in lies. And to the problem of the lie philosophers have paid too little attention. Not only do people that are by nature liars lie, but also uprightly truthful people. They lie not only consciously, but also without awareness. People live in fear, and the lie is a weapon of defense. The structure of consciousness is deformed by the function of lie, begotten by fear. There exist several types of lies, but the most interesting is that type of lie, which is conceived of not as a sin or a vice, but as a duty. Elementary in type is the greedy lie, as the means for the attainment of egoistical aims. But there is a type of lie, non-greedy, almost artistic, when man does not make a distinction between reality and his own fictitious inventions. This type likewise does not here interest me. There is moreover a type of lie out of sympathy, which can be to the saving of the life of another man. Uprightness does not signify formalism and pedanticism. The moral act of man is always creatively-individual and is worked for the concrete instances of life, singular and irrepeatable. But most significant is the social lie, affirmed of as a duty. The life of states and societies is full of it, it serves as a support for civilisation, this gives it pride, as being the vanguard against chaos and anarchy.
“What is important is to understand the true boundaries of reality, not the probable boundaries of possible future events. Although boundary conditions operate on the future, they are probabilistic constraints, not absolutely determined fact. We assume that ten minutes hence, the room we are in will still exist. It is a boundary condition that will define the next ten minutes in our space/time coordinate. But we cannot know who will be in the room ten minutes hence; that is free to be determined. One may ask if we can really know that the room will exist at any future moment. This is where induction enters the picture, since in truth we cannot know with certainty. There is no absolutely rigorous way of establishing that. But we can make the inductive leap of faith that has to do with accumulated experience. We project that the existence of the room will remain a boundary condition, but in principle in the next ten minutes there could be an earthquake and this building might not be left standing. However, for that to happen, the boundary condition will have to be radically disrupted in some unexpected and improbable manner. What is so curious is that such a thing could occur.”

Some of the key features of the West’s technological society are its positivism and scientism. Del Noce is insistent that this stance, elevating Science™ as the sole arbiter of truth, is not derived as a conclusion of some set of propositions, but is instead chosen arbitrarily from the start. This despite the impossibility of grounding this stance, given that the proposition itself (science is the sole arbiter of truth) is not scientifically verifiable. It is thus simply assumed and the alternative traditional means of acquiring knowledge are dismissed rather than debunked. This scientism necessarily results in a sort of pragmatism (toward the ends of ever greater ability to “master” the material world), which eventually relegates humans to the realm of means.
This dehumanizing infects the realm of sexuality where humans-as-means implies sexual libertinism. Sex is no longer ordered toward the end of procreation and family life, but becomes an end to itself and opposition to its absolute free expression becomes a hostile act by the forces of “repression.” Here we have seen Del Noce’s prescient views verified, as the technological society has increasingly “liberated” sexuality (via the pill, porn, and feminism), while growing progressively intolerant toward any forces that would dare oppose “liberation.”
Del Noce also articulates his own version of the Puritan Thesis, noticing the Gnostic nature of Puritanism and how it acted as the seedbed for later progressivism. While claiming to be simply scriptural and Christian, Puritans were more essentially revolutionary in their aims of worldly transformation, and when they encountered aspects of Scripture that didn’t cohere with this program they appealed to special illumination of the Holy Spirit (a form of esoteric gnosis). “But,” asks Del Noce: “are the Marxists doing anything different, when they place a taboo on the arguments of their adversaries by calling them “classist”? Is the nature of the relationship between the leading elite and its followers not the same in both cases? Is the appeal to the masses – which have been indoctrinated, even if later they are described as the voice of God or of history – not identical as well? In all its forms, the new Gnosticism must reject the universality of reason and its foundation in the theory of the Logos.

The founder of the Lucis Trust (formerly Lucifer Trust) also revealed that a small core group of spiritually and politically advanced thinkers, the "New Group of World Servers," make up the human element overseeing the work. Their activities are, she reports, "definitely international in scope.” Through this elite core group and its influence over the masses will come about World Government, a World Economy, and the New Civilization following a great crisis and resulting chaos. The new global order will be the result of this elite cabal's "gigantic plans of world salvage."
In 1980, World Goodwill, an offshoot of the Lucis Trust, published its pivotal booklet, The New International Economic Order. This constituted a detailed road map for the restructuring, or reconstruction, of society and the world, following a great economic catastrophe and world famine, followed by chaos—rioting, bloodletting, etc. Such a future catastrophe is viewed by the conspirators as a positive event because it will enable them to sweep away the last vestiges of the old order:
"In the destruction of the old world order and the chaos of these modern times, the work of the new creation is going forward; the task of reconstruction, leading to a complete reorganization of human living and to a fresh real orientation of human thinking, is taking place."
The coming days of hunger and chaos, with resulting global economic and social breakdown, will present a unique opportunity for the Illuminati. Now comes their planned era of Perestroika, or reconstruction. As Alice Bailey once trumpeted, "Out of the spoliation (spoil) of all existing culture and civilization, the New World Order must be built."
